Over 16 years, Sridhar has built enterprise systems at Oracle, Societe Generale, Tata Technologies, and Tech Mahindra — spanning core banking, healthcare, manufacturing, and public infrastructure.
Today he is the AI Architect at TeleMANAS, the Government of India's national mental health platform. He also trains working engineers at IIITB's Executive Education and has led the Java curriculum at Crio as lead mentor — with a sustained NPS of 65+.
In the last six months, he has personally shipped 30+ production AI agents and 50+ chatbots across domains — customer support, HR, legal, finance, trading, real estate. The curriculum he teaches is not theoretical. It is the exact set of patterns he uses in live systems every week: LangGraph orchestration, MCP tool servers, A2A protocols, agentic RAG with human-in-the-loop, production guardrails, evals with Ragas and LangSmith, and cloud deployment on AWS and Azure.
Future Proof India exists for one reason. India has 8 million developers. Most of them were taught theory and handed maintenance work.
